The iconic club, located in the heart of Manhattan, closed its doors indefinitely just over a year ago.
As confirmed last week during Fanatics Fest NYC, attended by celebrities such as Travis Scott, Quavo and Carmelo Anthony, Jay-Z‘s iconic 40/40 has been redesigned in collaboration with Michael Rubin and plans to reopen next year.
New features at the revamped club include live sports betting supported by Fanatics Sportsbook. Entry will remain exclusive and only those who receive the prestigious invitation will be able to enter, as has been the tradition since 2003.
‘Jay-Z and his partners originally opened the club with the goal of creating an environment where patrons would have this sense of luxury, good service, good food, while watching their favourite sports team play and also listening to their favourite artists. It’s combining sports and music… and we’re going to stay consistent,‘ said Sheldon Robinson, 40/40’s vice president of operations, in a recent interview with Us Weekly.
