John Elliott has just presented Pre-Spring/Summer 2019. A proposal in which collaborations are the key.
This new transition collection is based on the brand’s classic silhouettes in which a new palette of colours is used, such as sand, olive or browns, which are shown through re-imagined garments and a carefully studied selection of textiles.
One of the brand’s iconic elements, French Terry, has been renovated with a design inspired by the statics of a television screen, using a traditional Japanese dyeing method that generates unique patterns.
One of the most interesting things the lookbook reveals to us is the large number of new collaborations to which we will have access. New alliances with Nike, an M2K Tekno that will go on sale in December, as well as a “Triple LeBron Icon Black”. Collaborations with the Japanese brands M.A.R.S. or Suicoke and the already typical Elliott brands such as Blackmeans.
