JOOPITER auctions off iconic NIGO and Pharrell items

JOOPITER, the auction platform that has redefined the marketplace for exclusive items, is paying tribute to the shared creative history of NIGO and Pharrell Williams with a unique offering: NIGO Knows and Pharrell Knows Too. This double auction invites us to delve into the personal archives of both artists, revealing rare objects and legendary pieces that highlight decades of collaboration, friendship and culture.

The NIGO Knows auction presents a selection curated by NIGO himself, a sort of time capsule that explores his deep connection to pop culture. Among the treasures on display are original Beatles posters – which NIGO has worshipped since his youth – as well as a Ludwig Drum Co. drum kit just like the one used by Ringo Starr at the historic rooftop concert in London in 1969. There are also original Andy Warhol silkscreen prints from the ‘Campbell Soup’ series, Chelsea Girls and Bike Boy posters, and a number of signed Beastie Boys memorabilia, which NIGO received directly from the band.

In addition, JOOPITER offers exclusive mystery boxes from renowned artists such as Takashi Murakami, Futura 2000 and Daniel Arsham, which have never been opened, increasing their appeal to passionate collectors. Luxury handbags and exclusive items from brands such as Hermès, Goyard, Chanel x Pharrell Williams and Louis Vuitton are also part of this unique offering, along with art and objects from Futura 2000, SHAG and Tiffany & Co. x Daniel Arsham.

Pharrell Knows Too is a window into the evolution of Pharrell Williams as a contemporary fashion and cultural icon. This auction kicks off with historic pieces from his early career with N.E.R.D., such as the group’s iconic trucker hats, along with a Jacob & Co. Blackberry 8820 covered in solid gold and a vintage military helmet worn by Williams on the cover of Nothing (2010). Also included in the offering are legendary pieces from his career, such as the adidas x Pharrell Williams reflective suit he wore to the 2015 GRAMMYs, Vivienne Westwood’s iconic Brown Mountain Hat and exclusive items from the Billionaire Boys Club collaboration.

Pharrell is also auctioning off high-end watches, including a Franck Muller Cintree Curves 7850CCT Chronograph Tourbillon in platinum, along with a customised BAPE Gold G-SHOCK by Jacob & Co. Other notable items include 2011 Nike Air Mag ‘Back to the Future’ sneakers, a Chanel tennis racket and a Daft Punk skateboard created by Hervet.
