The Cadiz star’s first album is presented as a spiritual journey through 12 tracks that reflect on love, toxicity, spirituality and death.
‘Bodhiria’ is a concept album in which Judeline puts herself in the shoes of Angel-a, her alter ego – presented in the introduction of the album – who inhabits a kind of limbo: ‘Bodhiria‘, a non-place where she deals with the feelings of separation and the fear of being forgotten.
With an avant-garde approach, traditional codes and original sounds, the young woman manages to redefine the new Spanish scene with producers Tuiste and Mayo at the helm, accompanied by Rob Biesel (SZA), Drummie, Rusowsky and Ralphie Choo, among others. ‘Bodhiria‘ includes Venezuelan folklore (’JOROPO‘); pop balladry (’Zarcillos de Plata‘); flamenco roots (’4angelitos‘) and Rusowsky‘s neo-folkloric intimacy (’Heavenly’), among other sounds.
