K-Way® launches new collection with Coral Gardeners

K-Way® the iconic outerwear fashion brand, announces the launch of a capsule collection dedicated to coral reef conservation in collaboration with Coral Gardeners, a non-profit organisation founded in 2017 in Moorea, an island in French Polynesia. This special collection is the result of a four-handed collaboration between K-Way® designers and the Coral Gardeners team, further consolidating the partnership initiated three years ago, in September 2023, between the brand that has been protecting from water and wind for almost sixty years, and the organisation led by CEO Titouan Bernicot.

At the heart of the collection, which demonstrates a clear commitment to sustainability, are garments made entirely from recycled and environmentally friendly materials. This collection includes: a T-shirt, a waistcoat, the famous ‘Le Vrai’ K-Way®, shorts, a fanny pack and a mobile phone holder.

The garments are available in a colour palette that evokes the natural atmospheres and tones of the ocean environment: rope brown, black and lagoon blue. In addition, each garment is adorned with a patch combining the K-Way® logo with the Coral Gardeners logo. In addition, as for the functionality of the garments, the design and fabrics have been studied to offer waterproofing, water repellency and wind resistance, with technical details such as sealed seams that guarantee total protection against the elements.
