Kiko Kostadinov reimagines workwear in his SS19

Kiko Kostadinov (@kikokostadinov) presented a collection full of concept and history. Inspired by The Happy End of Franz Kafka’s’America’ by Martin Kippenberger, the designer, proposes a collection based on the “fictional utopia of universal employment.”

Among the pieces there are office ready jackets, clothes with the most elementary workwear colours or clothes so relaxed – in terms of design – that they look like those of any backpacker or hippie.

A mix of influences that Kiko tries to spin with workwear and his unique style, increasingly acclaimed in the industry. Among the garments our alarms were activated with the presentation of the new collaboration with Asics (@asics), which we assume will last in stores as long as this year’s… seconds.
