Les Fleurs Studio reflects on the forgotten, the lost and the discarded

‘Lost Objects’ is composed of fragments of forgotten memories, and invites us to find beauty in what has been discarded.

Staying true to her philosophy, Maria Bernard focuses, on this special occasion, on the concept of what has been lost and what has been left behind: the broken dolls, the old pieces of cloth and the pieces that are no longer useful. A tale of abandonment and transformation emerges, where what was once despised becomes the basis for a new life.

Each piece in ‘Lost Objects’ is steeped in history, and is a testament to what humanity has left behind, yet still holds intrinsic value.

And what really sets this collection apart is its commitment to sustainability and innovation. Les Fleurs has worked with materials from Nona Source, the LVMH platform that recovers discarded scraps from the luxury conglomerate’s homes and gives them a new life. In addition, ‘Lost Objects’ also pays homage to vintage markets across Europe, where designs are transformed into new treasures.

This circular approach seeks not only to reduce environmental impact, but also to rediscover fragments of history that deserve to be revalued. A tribute to the human soul, a reminder that sometimes it is necessary to look again at what we already have and what we have left behind. That is where true beauty lies.
