Between 5 December and 12 January, LOEWE transforms Pompeu Baqueira into a sensory journey where art and fashion converge.
Located at the iconic 9 Castiero Avenue, this boutique, known for its exquisite selection of luxury pieces since 1977, surrenders to the fashion house’s creative universe. In a season marked by the festive season, LOEWE takes over the space with a pop-up focusing on its holiday collection, the SS25 pre-collection and an exclusive collaboration with the acclaimed Japanese ceramics duo.
Shop windows are always a narrative canvas for LOEWE, and this time they come to life through Suna Fujita‘s imagery. Inspired by a universe where fantasy and childhood meet, the duo’s illustrations and ceramics transport the viewer to a seascape that combines magic, nostalgia and avant-garde design.
In this shimmering aquatic environment, sea creatures – from giant octopuses to whales and luminescent fish – intertwine with key pieces from the 2024 Christmas collection. Bags, ready-to-wear and accessories become the hidden treasures of this fantastical seabed, highlighted by lighting that evokes the glow of paper lanterns. Seaweed, shells and submarines complete the scene, while blue and white spotlights enrich every detail with an almost theatrical atmosphere.
But the proposal is not only limited to the shop window. Inside Pompeu Baqueira is a carefully curated selection of women’s ready-to-wear, leather goods and accessories, aligned with the magical narrative of the space. It is an invitation to immerse yourself in the LOEWE universe, where each piece is much more than an object: it is an artistic expression that unites heritage and modernity.
