Louis Vuitton designs the boot containing F1’s 75th anniversary trophy

The iconic Maison is pleased to announce its latest exclusive boot creation, designed to house the Formula 1 World Championship trophy. A bespoke creation, it is a true work of engineering and art in the tradition of LV‘s customised pieces for this sporting discipline.

It has been manufactured in the House’s historic workshop in Asnières, France, and features a striking design with folding front panels, adorned with the ‘V’ for ‘Victory’ and ‘Vuitton’ hand-painted in the renowned black and white Damier pattern. A nod to both the F1 finish line and its competitive spirit.

The interior has been covered in black leather and microfibre, ensuring that the trophy will be perfectly preserved, while the exterior retains the distinctive Louis Vuitton style with leather trim and brass clasps that have defined the House’s savoir-faire since 1860.
