Sotheby’s is auctioning a pair of Virgil Abloh’s signature LV Trainer in size 10.5 US. An exclusive edition of the sneakers that were first unveiled during the Spring/Summer 2019 runway show.
Hand-lettered with ‘Air Abloh’, this version of the iconic LV Trainer features an eye-catching colour combination. Inspired by Florida‘s ‘Sunshine State’, orange and green come together to decorate the sneaker, which features monogrammed detailing along the upper and tongue. LV branding appears on the heel and eyelets, while the house flower is featured on the side panels.
The pack includes an authentication letter and two exclusive polaroids of Virgil Abloh posing with the pair of sneakers. If you want to get your hands on it, you should know that the auction is currently going for between $8,000 and $12,000 through Sotheby’s.
