LVMH announces 2018 finalists

It is thanks to young talent that the fashion industry is evolving. The most respected award in this area is the LVMH (@lvmh), which rewards young designers (not in terms of the age of the designer but in terms of the time the brand has been on the market).

Next June 6th the jury will meet to give the prize to the winner. The jury includes personalities like: JW Anderson, Maria Grazia Chiuri or Nicolas Ghesquière.

With regard to the selection of the finalists, the organisation has said the following:

“The quality and level of the semi-finalists in this year’s award made the jury’s work very difficult. 2018 has demonstrated a true diversity of talent, with two women’s clothing brands, two men’s brands, two that design both men’s and women’s clothing collections and three that sign neutral gender fashion.”
