Meet the 9 candidates for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent 24′

Since its debut in February 2013, the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent Award continues to support the talent, innovation and creativity of emerging creators, as a powerful stimulus to national fashion that will once again dazzle at a new gala on Sunday 18 February.

The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent 2024 award ceremony will feature the participation of nine brands that will present their collections during the last day of MBFWM: Coconutscankill, Dimoni, Juan VG, Oriol Clavell, Evade House, Anystudio, Adrià Egea, Visori Studio and Peter Sposito Studio.

Coconutscankill by Amara Caruncho Ledo will present the collection “Sommet” as an expression of humanity focusing on essence and material as the highest point of the creative process and life; while DIMONI, the brand creatively directed by Joan Ribas, will showcase its first collection entitled “T T”, which brings together “gym culture” through ultra-feminine draping based on experimentation with silhouette and gender.

This effervescent catwalk will also feature the participation of Evade House and its “006 COLLECTION – TEXTURAS RENACIDAS”, which builds on the base generated from the September collection, 005. REINTERPRET, which took us to an uncertain place in which to intervene and transform. An act of freedom that will be extended for the 006 collection in order to resignify its pieces and give continuity to its development of 0 waste.

All this constellation of emerging talents will thus take the stage of high fashion and signature design with proposals that will dance between codes such as the dissolution of gender, upcycling or the intersection between tradition and the avant-garde on a day that will culminate with the fashion show of the international guest brand and the presentation of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent award, offering the winner the opportunity to parade on the Mercedes-Benz international catwalk in Mexico.
