In a recent appearance at the Revolve 2024 Festival, held on 13 April, Megan Fox shared a particular piece of advice for single women. The actress told E! exclusively and encouraged her female listeners to focus on personal growth instead of romantic relationships as their summer goal.
“My advice is to learn something new or find a hobby,” she said. “And don’t waste your energy on boys.” The Jennifer’s Body star hilariously reaffirmed why women should focus on themselves. “All (they) will do is wear you down.Just keep going. Invest in yourself,” she added.
The comment comes at a significant time for Megan, who almost a month ago confirmed the end of her engagement to musician Machine Gun Kelly, and sparked rumours of a possible break-up.
The relationship between Fox and Machine Gun Kelly has been a subject of constant media interest since its inception. The actress had previously described the rapper as her “soul mate” in 2020, and had added an almost mythical dimension to their union.
