Miu Miu welcomes 2026 with Prelude. The collection focuses on workwear and outerwear, with garments designed for everyday wear. Function and style come together through silhouettes inspired by workwear, reinterpreted with the house’s unmistakable signature.
Sneakers designed for everyday wear
One of the highlights of the collection is its new sneaker line. The Plume stands out for its lightweight construction and tan leather finish. The Tyre, meanwhile, takes a more technical approach, featuring a natural rubber sole and smooth suede upper. Two different models, united by the same idea: comfort without compromising on design.
Personalisation as a defining feature
Prelude also marks the return of Miu Miu’s Custom Studio. This creative space allows wearers to personalise their sneakers with charms and small embellishments such as pom-poms, tassels or flowers. Each pair becomes a unique piece, reinforcing the playful and personal spirit of the brand.
Accessories and ready-to-wear
The collection is completed by a carefully curated selection of accessories. Highlights include the Arcadie bag, the Beau Bowling bag and several backpacks that balance practicality with elegance. In ready-to-wear, Miu Miu revisits some of its classics: cotton canvas logo jackets, puffball micro mini-skirts and fitted knitwear. Coloured polo shirts bring the looks together, creating fresh and instantly recognisable outfits.
Photographed against vibrant, playful backdrops, the collection presents its key pieces in a natural, unforced way. Prelude is now available via Miu Miu’s official website.
