It’s been three months since the first collaboration between Jimmy Choo and Mugler was announced through the presentation film of the latter’s autumn/winter 21 collection.
From the moment it saw the light of day, the furore and excitement began to grow by the minute from all the fans that both brands process. This collection has been designed jointly by the creative directors of the two brands, Sandra Choi and Casey Cadwallader, achieving a result full of strong and dramatic designs, perfectly representing the 90’s roots that both brands have and creating a unique hybrid effect of two different aesthetics.
The collection is inspired by designer Mugler’s Spiral and Illusion bodysuits and the predominant colour palette of the designs focuses on black and nude tones, but also neon yellow, silver and gold.
Our favourite models? The “JCXM Knee Sandal” with liquid gold leather and metal chains and the “JCXM Pump” features a gold chain on the ankle and bow.
