With Myths, Simon Porte Jacquemus expands his activity beyond fashion. The exhibition sets up a dialogue between works from Antiquity and sculptures by Aristide Maillol. It will be on view at the Collège des Bernardins in Paris from 20 to 24 October 2025.
The project is organised in collaboration with Galerie Chenel and Galerie Dina Vierny. Both galleries will subsequently host the exhibition in their own spaces from 30 October to 20 December.
Jacquemus’ relationship with the art world is not new. In 2024 he was invited by Christie’s in New York to design an exhibition centred on François-Xavier Lalanne. This initiative once again highlighted his interest in working in contexts beyond the catwalk.
The launch of Myths coincides with another notable collaboration: Jacquemus has partnered with Veuve Clicquot, owned by LVMH. The champagne bottle he designed was unveiled in September at Selfridges, London.
