After the success of its recent collaboration with Ed Hardy, the Berlin-based brand is back with the world’s most iconic bunny. A symbol of sensuality and power, Playboy resurfaces through a capsule that not only exudes nostalgia, but also offers a dose of social and political criticism that only Namilia knows how to execute with mastery.

Not just anyone can boast of having dressed true icons such as Julia Fox, Cardi B or Christina Aguilera. So fusing the rebelliousness of underground fashion with a global emblem of sex appeal and provocation is an easy task – and it makes perfect sense. As both parties describe it, it is an act of reinterpretation, an opportunity to transform the iconic, elevate it and adapt it to the present.

To this end, dazzling velvet, silk coats and perforated silicone have become key elements in symbolising feminine symbolism and power. A capsule emerges featuring leather bags transformed into mini skirts, jackets and trousers, the most representative element of this fusion. With zips personalised with the Playboy logo, the garments speak of a new kind of luxury that plays with the utilitarian and the sensual at the same time.
