Naomi Osaka returns with designs by Yoon Ahn

The Japanese designer has created, together with Nike, the looks that the tennis player will wear during the US Open.

Functional, high-performance designs that fit Naomi‘s game specifications without ever losing style. This is how Yoon Ahn has conceived her latest collection for Nike Women, full of exclusive uniforms for the athlete where she captures her unique imagery for the special occasion.

‘For me, when I enter the court, it’s a moment of transformation and I have a lot of fun playing, so I want everyone who sees the suit to identify with that feeling,’ says Osaka.

The customised proposal comes in the form of the new Nike Women by Yoon ready-to-wear collection, inspired by vintage school uniforms and classic athletic styles, and featuring a Varsity jacket in a combination of red, white and blue shades and decorated with patches; a maroon knit jacket; performance polo shirts; sporty skirts and tops and much more.

‘We live in a girl’s world and I wanted to capture that in both Naomi’s look on the runway and in the collection,’ explains the iconic designer.
