The silhouette that Casablanca has elevated to stardom is back in its most neutral version. These are the new New Balance 237 in white, cream and black.
The 237s have been on the market for less than a quarter of a year, but they’ve already made a splash with bold color combinations. Moreover, after the recent Casablanca collaboration, his popularity has not stopped increasing.
Although the New Balance 237 is a completely new lifestyle silhouette, it is inspired by the classic running shoe of the 1970s -so they are extremely comfortable-. As such, they provide a traditional upper, one that overlays the supple white beige suede mesh on the toe, midfoot and heel. This duo of neutral tones is divided by an eye-catching oversized black leather “N” logo on the sides of the sneaker.
The standout black colorway adorns the off-white heel tab and exposed foam tongue fabric label. This label also features off-white interior branding, with New Balance’s “The Intelligent Choice” slogan printed on its inner half. The cream laces add a touch of classic style that will take Instagram by storm because who doesn’t love a gleaming, light-colored sneaker?
The color combination is completed with white EVA midsole and black rubber outsoles that feature a wavy traction pattern – classic New Balance branding – with repeating New Balance prints.
These beige and black New Balance 237s will be released at retailers such as Overkill on March 17 and are priced at around 85$ approx.
