With the festive season approaching and New Year’s kisses in the air, the New York label and the sportswear giant join forces for a new collaboration. Nike and Vaquera introduce their first-ever co-designed sneaker, a romantic and provocative take on the Air Max Dn8.
The silhouette comes in a clean white finish that acts as the perfect canvas. Ruby-red lipstick marks appear across the entire upper, covering every section and creating a sense of “romantic chaos” that is true to Vaquera’s identity. A matching red Swoosh blends into the print, while the tongue features both Nike and Vaquera logos.
The sneaker draws inspiration from lingerie elements and beauty details from Vaquera’s latest collection. The result blends comfort, technology and a touch of fantasy, making it a standout option for those seeking something different within the Air Max universe.
For the campaign, centred around a bold red lipstick aesthetic, the brands chose Natasha Cloud, player for the New York Liberty. She appears wearing looks from Vaquera’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection and holding a trophy — a final, triumphant nod to the collaboration.
The Nike x Vaquera Air Max Dn8 are now available on the official websites of both brands and at selected authorised retailers.
