Nike sues Lululemon for copying its Flyknit technology

Nike is once again going to court over plagiarism issues, but this time it is charging Lululemon, the Canadian sportswear brand.

After having filed a lawsuit against BAPE for copying some of its most emblematic footwear models, Nike is now involved in another legal matter. According to the sports giant, Lululemon has infringed patent law by copying its Flyknit technology in its Blissfeel, Strongfeel and Chargefeel models. Apparently, the flexible material and the flat stitching of the upper layer seams have been applied to the Canadian company’s trainers.
