Olivia Rodrigo and Louis Partridge reportedly end their relationship after nearly two years

Olivia Rodrigo and Louis Partridge are said to have ended their relationship after nearly two years together. According to Page Six, the singer and the actor, both 22, quietly went their separate ways earlier this month.

Although neither has spoken publicly about the matter, sources close to the pair say the split followed a difficult period and was a mutual decision. Representatives for both artists also declined to comment.

Rodrigo was recently seen attending a Christmas gathering hosted by Lily Allen in London. There, according to witnesses, she appeared emotional while talking about the break-up with friends.

A story that began in 2023

The couple were first linked in October 2023, when they were spotted together during Halloween celebrations in London. They met through mutual friends and, according to early reports, quickly formed a close bond.

Over time, they were seen together at several public events. Even so, they always tried to keep their relationship low-key. Their first official red carpet appearance came in August 2024 at the Venice Film Festival, during the premiere of Disclaimer, a project starring Partridge.

Protecting their privacy

Throughout their relationship, both spoke about the importance of protecting their private lives. In an interview with Esquire UK in 2024, Partridge explained that they preferred to stay out of the spotlight and highlighted how important it was to have a partner who understood the demands of fame.

In another interview with Variety, he said he did not mind being seen as “Olivia Rodrigo’s boyfriend”, adding at the time that he was happy with the situation.

Before dating Partridge, Rodrigo was linked to Zack Bia and Adam Faze. For his part, the Enola Holmes actor has always kept his love life largely out of the public eye. For now, neither of them has confirmed the news, but everything suggests the couple have decided to go their separate ways.
