Pagani launches its first luxury residential project in Miami

Miami is set to host the first residences project associated with Pagani Automobili, the renowned Italian high-end sports car brand founded by Horacio Pagani, the Argentinian-Italian automobile designer.

Located in North Bay Village at 7940 West Drive, North Bay Village, FL 33141, these residences promise to fuse fine automotive craftsmanship with the dynamic Miami lifestyle. The development, named Pagani Residence, will consist of 28 floors and is planned to include 70 luxury units. Construction of this ground-breaking real estate project is scheduled for completion in 2027.

Designed with the meticulousness that characterises the renowned car brand, the residences in Miami aim to provide the same feeling of exclusivity that one experiences when driving one of its cars. The architectural design of the project is by Revuelta Architecture International, while Pagani is in charge of the interior design, seeking inspiration from Leonardo da Vinci.

Amenities will include a sky lounge, gym, spa and an exclusive pet spa. Water sports equipment will also be available, adding a touch of outdoor recreation for residents. These facilities aim to provide an unparalleled living experience in Miami, combining luxury and wellness in one place, Pagani Residences describes.

Art Basel Miami Beach hosted the exclusive space that the LV team carefully designed to embody its aesthetic and experimental universe.
