Paperboy x BEAMS present a collection around the polka dot ASICS GT-2160

As a pre-launch to the vibrant PFW activation over the city, the shop which has previously collaborated with other brands within the sneakerhead system such as New Balance, Reebok and Clarks Originals for the past few seasons, teams up this time with ASICS and BEAMS for a three-way collaboration with the sportswear brand’s GT-2160 trainer.

The sneaker design pays tribute to the technical design language of ASICS’ GT-2000 series from the early 2010s, keeping the retro aesthetic of the shoe intact but with an update in polka dots that run the length of the silhouette – a style that Paperboy has excelled in over the past few years.

The Paperboy x BEAMS x ASICS GT-2160 shoes, which were already unveiled in December, also extend to a collection of tracksuits and graphic T-shirts to complete the look represented in the Paperboy vintage motif.
