Parley for the Oceans reconnects with Dior for a second joint capsule

After working together in April 2022, Parley for the Oceans reconnects with Dior this season to launch a second joint capsule.

This is the culmination of a joint research project that began in 2019 and has resulted in an exclusive selection of beachwear. New high-quality materials have been developed from plastics found in the ocean off the coasts of Sri Lanka, the Maldives and the Dominican Republic, among others.

Entitled ‘Beach‘, the collection includes foul weather jackets, knitted waistcoats, seersucker basics and footwear options. To complete the launch, wetsuits have been designed from recycled jerseys in collaboration with surfwear brand Vissla, as well as surfboards in collaboration with Notox.

“I am very proud of this second collaboration with Parley for Oceans. We have managed to create a 96% eco-responsible collection, which is incredible. This capsule is committed and very desirable. It’s a mix of innovation and technical performance, but still very stylish,” says Kim Jones himself.
