Prada explores the notion of plurality with Carey Mulligan

A concept that focuses on understanding how fashion reflects the infinite facets of the modern woman, those that go far beyond conventional boundaries.

The latest campaign by the Italian fashion house redefines what we understand by identity and fashion, taking plurality as its starting point. And for this it has counted on Carey Mulligan, who becomes the protagonist of a constant transformation, as if it were a blank canvas that takes on multiple and unpredictable forms.

This interesting proposal is directed by Steven Meisel and serves as a tribute to Mulligan‘s ability to reinvent herself, transform herself and create characters that defy the rules. Each image is a new identity, a new being, a new reality that, at the same time, is part of the same multifaceted vision of Prada.

Each of the portraits captures a different facet, but always faithful to the central idea of the House: that fashion is not just a showcase, but a tool for change, for questioning, for challenging the pre-established.

Constant change, continuous renewal, and an irreducible ambiguity that defies categorisation. Prada, like fashion itself, is never static: it is constantly evolving, in an incessant search for the new, the audacious, the unpredictable.
