Ray-Ban reimagines its “Aviator” sunglasses in collaboration with Dolce&Gabbana

One of the brand’s most classic eyewear designs.

Two industry giants have joined forces to launch a collaboration that, as well as celebrating their respective legacies, offers a fresh aesthetic narrative that blends tradition and modernity in equal measure. United by their Italian roots, their unmistakable design codes and a deep connection with contemporary culture, they have focused on the Ray-Ban Aviator model, which is about to celebrate its 90th anniversary.

This silhouette has been reimagined by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, who have reinterpreted the brand’s archives to create two versions: the Shooter and the Outdoorsman II. The first draws inspiration from archive pieces and features a pearlescent upper bar and an iconic detail: an integrated cigarette holder. The second takes a more timeless approach, with a lightweight metal frame and a top bar that adds a graphic touch.

Both come in an exclusive leather case designed as an accessory in its own right, featuring a strap and a gold-tone metal carabiner with the Dolce&Gabbana logo engraved on it.
