Recycled keyboard sandals by Thinking Different x Alfaz Syam

Thinking Different connects with artist Alfaz Syam to create this innovative summer footwear.

 

Artist Alfaz Syam, also known as skatesuckers, creates novel designs from discarded electronics by fusing art and fashion. His most characteristic work is his balaclava constructed from a recycled keyboard, in addition to his vest, sunglasses, gloves and slides.

This time, lifestyle brand Thinking Different has teamed up with the Indonesian artist to launch a summer shoe: the CMFRT KEYS Slides. It is a new rubber version of Alfaz’s signature model. These innovative sandals will be released in two color combinations inspired by Apple’s M0110 and Platinum keyboards, cream and gray. The cushioned insoles feature the Thinking Different bunny logo, and the straps are filled with lettered keys and numbers.

The CMFRT KEYS Slides will be available on Thinking Different’s website starting March 17.
