Expanding its gastronomic offer with an exquisite cocktail menu and a space in club format located on the -1 floor of SALA CERO.
The renowned Madrid project, known for its avant-garde dishes and unprecedented mix of flavours, is pleased to present a new concept dedicated to the liquid. Under the name SUBCERO, it stands as an independent bar with its own opening hours and menu, as well as a continuation of the SALA CERO sequence: an aperitif or after-dinner space.
A total of twelve seats organised in a high table that only works under reservation and is complemented by another table with independent seats but joined by a central line that represents a work table for operators. The objective? To maintain the same philosophy as the rest of the lounges and to stimulate interaction between customers.
Nico Miranda is the mind behind SUBCERO as Bar Manager. At just 23 years old, he opened his first bar and today he has an impeccable international career that has led him to immerse himself in the cultures of major capitals such as Montevideo and New York. Now, he embarks on this exciting adventure under the guidance of Juan Valls and Amarguería.
Thus, we will find a cocktail menu that promises to leave the main ingredient to the customer’s free choice -or else let him or her choose one of the three proposed cocktail sequences: aperitif, after dinner and party-. The menu, to be added, includes appetizer bites to accompany these mixes. Some SALA CERO dishes will also be available.
