A bohemian luxury retreat in the heart of Ibiza, Soho Farmhouse fuses design, wellness and locally sourced cuisine in a unique setting.

Soho Farmhouse Ibiza: The new temple of rural slow luxury

Halfway between the mystical and the hedonistic, in the heart of the most authentic Ibiza – the one that needs no labels – Soho Farmhouse lands in Santa Gertrudis as a sanctuary of design, wellness and conscious lifestyle. Surrounded by nine acres of working olive trees, this contemporary estate redefines rural luxury with a modern, organic and deeply Ibizan sensibility.

Located just 20 minutes from the urban heartbeat of Ibiza Town, Soho Farmhouse is more than just a retreat: it’s a private universe designed for members looking to disconnect from the noise without losing the aesthetic rhythm. Everything here – from the architecture to the tapas menu – breathes new-generation Mediterranean.

With over 2,200 m² of carefully designed spaces, this reinterpreted traditional finca fuses wabi-sabi aesthetics, Ibizan minimalism and an ultra-refined farmhouse mood. Beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, white lime everywhere and honest textures set the visual rhythm. Accommodation is split between the main house, a renovated former stable and two private villas. At the heart of it all, interior spaces flow out onto outdoor terraces, pool and garden.

La Casa de Campo

Through a gravel driveway flanked by stylised palm trees and windblown feather grass, members enter a universe where calm and design coexist. Soho Farmhouse Ibiza’s Casa de Campo is anything but predictable: a traditional white finca that exudes character and contemporary sensibility.

The first visual impact is the soaring ceiling with exposed original wooden beams. A space that feels as warm as it does cinematic. Just as you enter, the social club acts as a meeting point. From there, one enters a library, intervened by local artist Natalie Rich-Fernandez, who turned the ceiling into a sculptural piece with black ceramic and wooden symbols.

On the other side of the library, sliding doors open onto the central garden: outdoor tables, a slow food tapas menu – pan cristal with tomato, fresh squid, vegetables from the garden – and a horseshoe-shaped bar that pays homage to Balearic culture with its liquid jewel: the Rose Spritz, the island’s new signature cocktail, made with rosé, St-Germain, rose aperitif and topped with an olive and fresh rosemary.

The rooms

The Casa Rural is home to eight rooms that combine the best of Mediterranean design with a touch of sophistication without excess. Beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, linen textiles and a palette that ranges from muted burgundy to olive green, reflecting the earth that surrounds the estate.

The bathrooms are another universe: Napoli and Arabescato marble, tiles that capture the sunlight, and Cowshed products that elevate the daily routine to ritual. Opposite the house, three smaller rooms with private terraces offer intimate verandas and, in one special case, a Jacuzzi hidden among aromatic plants.

High on a hilltop, the two Villas – Villa Blanca and Villa Sol – offer the utmost privacy with their own garden, terraces with views, outdoor dining area and the option of a private chef.

La Granja restaurant

In the midst of centuries-old olive trees, The Farm is more than a restaurant: it is a celebration of local produce elevated with technique, direct fire and honest aesthetics. Its menu moves to the rhythm of the season, with ingredients sourced in part from Juntos Farm and served on handmade ceramic pieces created by Pedro León.

Not to be missed: the Trio de Cantabria with anchovies and smoked sardines, grilled langoustines from Formentera, fresh oysters, sea bream carpaccio, and the famous langoustine sandwich. Dessert is not far behind: the island’s ensaimada is reinvented as ice cream with apricot and grilled fruit skewers under the Ibizan sky.

At the back, El Huerto functions as a secret gastronomic garden. Under pergolas, private dinners for up to 14 people can be organised.

Soho Health Club

The Soho Health Club is a curated ecosystem where body and soul care meets design, technology and holistic tradition. Here, the experience begins with a personalised welcome drink – electrolytes, collagen, magnesium – and continues with facials, massages and therapies designed to restore from the inside out.

Three minimalist wooden cabins host the most coveted rituals: from classic Cowshed and SkinCeuticals to Omorovicza’s new facials, which stimulate collagen and cell renewal. The must? The exclusive Gold Sculpt Ritual, a blend of massage, gua sha and exfoliation with an instant lifting and detox effect.

And for the more extreme: thermal contrast with ice baths, infrared saunas and three private onsen overlooking the orange grove. Opposite the health club, the Odeum concept shop – curated by United Nomads Group – offers pieces from more than 40 brands such as Ludovic de Saint Sernin, Nensi Dojaka and Kuboraum.

Swimming pool, yoga terrace and bar

Between chartreuse and cream stripes, retro sun loungers and a pool that seems to float among olive trees, the outdoor area of the finca is pure Ibiza mood reinterpreted. In addition to the main pool, there are two sun terraces with daybeds, a children’s pool, and a lounge area designed for families. Under the pine trees, a yoga terrace overlooking the olive grove becomes a temple for sunrise classes or sunset breathing sessions.

For those who don’t miss a workout, the gym has state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, Peloton bikes, free weights and outdoor space for group classes. Favourite sessions: Power Yoga, Barre Sculpt and Body Max.

The Art Collection

Curated by artist and curator Kate Bryan. More than 40 artists linked to the Balearic Islands – by origin, residence or inspiration – have signed works ranging from cyanotypes to steel sculptures. There are textile pieces, site-specific installations and unique collaborations such as that of Natalie Rich-Fernández, who transformed the library into a habitable sculpture, or the work An Ever Birthing Time, 2025 by Javier Riera, a geometric light installation projected directly onto the vegetation.
