Squalo by Versace | Pure luxury Chunky

We saw it for the first time in menswear FW19 by the Italian house, but we had to wait a bit for its official launch. The Versace Squalo silhouette is now available.

Versace’s new sneakers are unisex and bet on a chunky aesthetic that never seems to die. Their design is inspired by the anatomy of the great white shark, with sharp lines on the sole that emulate the teeth of the feared sea giant. The silhouette incorporates details of leather, mesh and other materials of the highest quality in accordance with Versace’s identification codes.

The Squalo incorporates exclusive Versace stitching and the logo embroidered on the tongue and engraved on the tip of the outer sole, which also exhibits the emblematic jellyfish embedded in contrast in a more hidden form. There are multiple colorways with prices ranging from €785 to €1480.
