The proposal is rooted in the aesthetics of underwater factories to create pieces where tradition and innovation coexist.
The result is a collection that blends industrial fabrics, futuristic finishes and utilitarian silhouettes: from a bright red anorak with sealed seams to a wool jacket fused with high-performance polyester, equipped with a removable neoprene collar and hood. Military functionality also finds its way into a cotton and nylon puffer jacket with an aluminium buckle belt, inspired by safety vests.
In keeping with Stone Island‘s experimental DNA, a knitted hoodie is transformed into a winter outerwear design through a thermal bond that combines a coated wool outer layer with a cotton jersey interior.
Among the key pieces is the 6100025 RATTEEN WOOL POLY FLEECE, presented by Japanese designer Chokkan. It is a half-zip sweatshirt made from ratteen wool and polyester fleece with a mesh lining. Its design includes a high collar with a hidden hood, a chest pocket with the Marina logo embroidered on it and a snap closure, a back yoke and an adjustable drawstring at the hem. The oversized cut and contrasting trim place it between technical and urban, reaffirming the hybrid line that defines the collection.
