Stone Island and New Balance present the 574 Ghost, the latest release in their collaboration based on material research and functional design. The silhouette is built on the classic 574 and is reinterpreted with a fully monochrome suede upper, following the aesthetic of the Ghost sub-collection.
For the first time, the midsole is also wrapped in suede, extending the tonal uniformity across the entire shoe. Additional padding in the tongue, collar and upper softens the silhouette and increases comfort for everyday wear. The stitch-and-turn construction eliminates overlapping seams, creating clean lines that emphasise the padded structure.
It features the brushed ‘N’ logo, heel tab and the inscription ‘STONE ISLAND PRODUCT RESEARCH’ on the lateral panel. The Stone Island Compass appears in felt on the tongue, the insole, and on the monochrome packaging accompanying each colourway. Available colours are dark brown, dark grey and navy blue, following the AW’25-26 palette.
In terms of technology, it combines ENCAP midsole and lightweight EVA, with ridged laces inspired by details from the Ghost line.
The 574 Ghost, with New Balance, is available from 16 September in selected Stone Island stores and online at stoneisland.com, only for users registered with MyStoneIsland.
