It will be located in Stockholm and will have 242,811 m2 of floor space spread over 7,000 offices and 2,000 residential units.
The work will be carried out by the Swedish real estate company Atrium Ljungberg and is expected to be completed in 2027. An ambitious project that will house the southern part of Stockholm known as Sickla, which will intermingle housing, restaurants, shops and offices, thus creating a complete city.
As reported, the development will maintain the unique Scandinavian aesthetic and will be built entirely in wood, thus reducing climate impact and construction time. It will focus on self-produced, stored and shared energy in keeping with Sweden‘s commitment to sustainability.
