Talking Heads inspires Stüssy’s latest drop

The American rock band stars in the new capsule collection and campaign shot at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre.

After teaming up with Born X Raised last August and revolutionising the networks with a new iteration of the Nike Vandal, Stüssy surprises again with a release that celebrates the history and legacy of Talking Heads. Born in 1975 in New York, the rock band formed by David Byrne, Chris Frantz, Tina Weymouth and Jerry Harrison gained international recognition with hits such as ‘Psycho Killer’ and ‘This Must Be the Place’.

In this way, the Californian brand recovered some of the band’s most important venues such as the Hollywood Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles to carry out the campaign, which presents an exclusive series of T-shirts adorned with illustrations from the album ‘Remain in Light’, available in two different colours.

The Stüssy x Talking Heads collection will go on sale on 9 September via the web, physical shops and selected retailers such as Dover Street Market.
