Teo Planell bids farewell to summer with ‘Cómo Pensarte Mal’

Teo Planell bids farewell to summer with “Cómo Pensarte Mal,” an intimate and moving heartbreak ballad that is the third preview of his long-awaited debut album, Demian, available September 26th on all digital platforms. After the pop overtones of “Me Vas A Matar” and “Radio,” this new single shows his most vulnerable side, in the artist’s own words: “It’s a painful song that anyone who’s been through a breakup will relate to.”

Produced with Roy Borland and recorded at his home studio, El Royale, the song explores the difficulty of letting go of someone when things are still unresolved. This release also activates the pre-order for Demian, an album inspired by Hermann Hesse’s novel that traces a journey of personal transformation after a breakup through acoustic, organic, and electronic sounds.

At 21, Planell is participating as an actor in the play La otra bestia by Ana Rujas, and collaborates as a composer with artists such as Amaia, Ralphie Choo, Guitarricadelafuente, TRISTÁN!, and Roy Borland himself, making his way in music as one of the most promising voices on the current scene.

To celebrate, Teo continues with his “Teo Va Al Cine” series, film sessions that he leads and curates, in which he presents his new songs. On September 4th, he will premiere the song in Madrid with the screening of Wild at Heart (David Lynch, 1990) at El Pequeño Cine Estudio, and on September 18th, he will bring the series to Barcelona for the first time, at Zumzeig Cinema.
