For the first time in the organization’s history, the Latin GRAMMYs® will be held in Spain, in the city of Sevilla this November. They will be broadcast on Univision in the U.S. and RTVE in Spain after a week full of events.

The event that celebrates excellence in Latin music worldwide will announce its nominees on Tuesday, September 19, and will be broadcast on Thursday, November 16.

The Latin Recording Academy® has announced that, for the first time, the 24th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards will be held in Sevilla, Spain, at the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones (FIBES). It also begins a three-year partnership between The Latin Recording Academy and the Junta de Andalucía, which is sponsoring the awards, Latin GRAMMY® Week, and various Latin Academy events in the community.

This year’s Latin GRAMMY Week includes the Person of the Year Gala, the Special Awards Presentation, the Leading Ladies of Entertainment Luncheon, the Best New Artist Showcase and a reception for the nominees, among others.

“It is an honor to celebrate our Latin GRAMMY Week in Sevilla, ratifying our commitment to elevate Latin music and its creators around the world. We are convinced it will be a memorable celebration,” said Manuel Abud, CEO of The Latin Recording Academy.
