When The Attico was born, it did so with a clear idea: a penthouse, that domestic space that awakens fantasies and emotions. Now, with its own physical spaces, the brand thoroughly explores how to create atmospheres that tell stories, that are felt and experienced. Forget generic, replicable retail: here, each store is a room in an imaginary house, and the city where it is located dictates what that room will be.

The key is intimacy. The Attico merges home and shop, inviting you to stay, discover and connect with the brand from an emotional and real place. Each space reflects both the multifaceted essence of the brand and the DNA of the place that hosts it. This is how The Attico Floorplan was born: a diffuse apartment with rooms all over the world.
After opening in Ibiza in June with The Bathroom, it is now Seoul’s turn, where they are presenting The Library: an ode to intellectualism and refined minimalism, a space enveloped in warmth and sophistication. Warm wood, selected Italian architecture and design books all create the feeling of being in the home of a cultured and stylish friend.
The new flagship, located in The Galleria in the vibrant Gangnam district—the epicentre of fashion, design and contemporary culture in Seoul—is The Attico’s first home in South Korea.
The design combines intellectual rigour with tactile sensuality: textured dark wood panels reminiscent of mid-century Milanese interiors, and soft grey brutalist concrete surfaces that lend a raw architectural essence. The entrance dazzles with a backlit green onyx wall, an organic focal point that plays with sage tones and golden veins.
Brushed steel in structures and details adds a futuristic vibe that contrasts with natural textures, while the olive velvet carpet adds a touch of boudoir comfort. Iconic vintage furniture, such as Giancarlo Piretti’s Alky chairs and low-seam poufs, complete the feeling of a lived-in home.
The play of contrasts—cold and warm, soft and structured, architectural and emotional—is the hallmark of this sophisticated and personal domestic setting, which fits perfectly with The Attico’s increasingly evolutionary vision.
