The millionaire deal between Apple and Formula 1

From 2026 onwards, Apple TV+ will be the only channel broadcasting the competition.

Apple has just signed a historic £750 million deal with Formula 1, securing exclusive broadcasting rights in the United States for the next five years. Every Grand Prix, practice session and qualifying session will be available exclusively through this channel.

The deal comes hot on the heels of the smash hit “F1: The Movie”, the tech giant’s original production that became the highest-grossing sports film in history. A masterstroke that confirms Apple‘s desire to transform the narrative of competition.

With this agreement, the Cupertino-based brand promises an immersive and fully integrated experience: from live streaming on Apple TV+ to exclusive content on Apple News, Apple Maps and even Apple Fitness+. All of this will be included in the standard subscription—at no extra cost—with F1 TV‘s premium features integrated directly into the platform.
