The Nike ZoomX Vaporfly NEXT% 2 is the next episode in the evolution of speed. These racing shoes designed to chase new goals and records come in the new ‘Ekiden’ shade.
The Nike ZoomX Vaporfly NEXT% 2 builds on a favourite model of runners around the world with a redesigned upper that aims to improve comfort and breathability. They offer the responsive cushioning and secure support of the original to beat any personal best, whether it’s a 10k or a marathon.
These shoes are built with Nike ZoomX foam to provide Nike Running’s best energy return to date. The upper is redesigned with mesh for increased breathability, and the laces go through lightweight side grips to eliminate the band at the arch of the foot. This reduces the overall weight of the shoe.
The “Ekiden” model comes in a mix of bright green on the mesh base with red accents and giant futuristic holographic Swooshes. This just reminds us of the Grinch and Christmas. Techy emblems appear on the heel strap and non-removable insoles, while the lace tips are equipped with chequered flags.
