The power of music and fashion together at Burberry Summer 2026

Two universal languages that, when combined, build style, community, and culture.

Last night, Daniel Lee took over London‘s Kensington Gardens to unveil his latest offering for Burberry. A manifesto where fashion and music merged into a single heartbeat that captivated the audience. As the creative director himself explained, ‘music is about personal expression, originality and a sense of belonging’.

In this way, the Summer 2026 collection behaves like a live performance: it mixes genres, breaks rhythms and creates new frequencies. Narrow silhouettes, extreme textures and a vibrant colour palette act as visual remixes of the same tune. Particularly striking are the beaded tops and skirts; laser-cut leather imitating lace with fringed edges; and intricate crochet on tops and trousers, adding texture and artisanal savoir-faire.

The Burberry archive also resonated on the catwalk: trench coats merged with macramé, the Burberry Check appeared on cotton and raffia fabrics, and tailoring made a comeback with three-button jackets and double-breasted blazers in wool and denim. As for accessories, the Baez sandals, Tone and Ledger boots inspired by the equestrian world, and Hampstead and Bridle bags dazzled.

All this was crowned with a musical selection curated by Benji B – a friend of the House and sound curator par excellence – who built a bridge with the legacy of Black Sabbath, one of the great pioneers of British sound culture. Among the guests, Skepta, Central Cee, Elton John, Jonathan Bailey and Raye led the exclusive front row.
