A few days ago Spotify’s Instagram account announced that its annual ‘SONGS OF SUMMER’ list was now available. In less than 24 hours it posted again that ‘Ella Baila Sola’ topped the list: “It’s official: Spotify’s Global Song of the Summer goes to…. drum roll please 🥁 “Ella Baila Sola” by @eslabonarmadooficial and @pesopluma.” Other Latin artists on the worldwide list include Bad Bunny, Grupo Frontera, Fuerza Regida and many more.

The list also includes Yng Lvcas, Myke Towers, Bizarrap, Feid, Young Miko and Selena Gomez. Following “Ella Baila Sola”, Bad Bunny is positioned at number 2 with “WHERE SHE GOES”. “La Bebe – Remix” by Yng Lvas and Peso Pluma is No. 5, “un x100to” by Grupo Frontera and Bad Bunny is No. 6, and “LALA” by Myke Towers is No. 12. Peso Pluma and Bizarrap’s “Peso Pluma: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 55” by Peso Pluma and Bizarrap comes in at No. 14, “Classy 101” by Feid and Young Miko at No. 17, and “TQM” by Fuerza Regida at No. 17. 18.

The list closes with “Calm Down” by Selena Gomez and Rema at No. 20. The full Top 30 playlist includes “TQG” by Karol G and Shakira at No. 21 and “El Azul” by Junior H and Peso Pluma at No. 29. Non-Latin artists on the global list include Jungkook, Latto, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and Harry Styles of BTS. The streaming service’s Songs of Summer list is based on Spotify charts between 29 May and 14 August 2023.
