With Christmas just around the corner, the Maison is updating the new gastronomic creations it will be offering in its Avenue Monaigne patisserie.
Authentic edible works of art created by Chef Jean Imbert and his collaborators Romuald Bizart and Camille Lochouarn arrive in the magical time of the year in the French capital, at 30 Avenue Montaigne, where Dior has located its special patisserie.
The first, carefully sculpted, celebrates the Monarque butterfly with the Around the World print designed by Pietro Ruffo for the Dior Cruise 2024 Collection. It combines the creaminess of vanilla and caramel and the subtle freshness of white cheese and lemon, offering irresistible scents. It will be available from 15 December.
Secondly, there is a sort of Parisian Twelfth Night cake called Galette des Rois, sublimated by a multitude of hexagonal shapes resembling a honeycomb. It brings together figures of butterflies and its recipe contains an exquisite alliance of frangipane, lemon zest and honey, and will arrive at Pâtisserie Dior on 2 January, just in time to celebrate the new year.
