The final of the LVMH Prize, one of the most important awards in the fashion industry, is getting closer and closer, and after announcing the list of nominees, the nine finalists who will compete for the prize have finally been revealed.
The nominees for the award have been chosen from a pool of 22 semi-finalists and each brings a unique approach to fashion, representing their country.
“The selection of the finalists has been very difficult, which is why this year we have chosen nine instead of the usual eight,” says Delphine Arnault, CEO of Christian Dior. “This class, which marks the 10th anniversary of the award, is deeply committed to society and industry issues: championing inclusion, diversity, craftsmanship, local and ethical productions,” she adds.
The ceremony will take place on 7 June at the Louis Vuitton Foundation in Paris and the winner will be awarded €300,000 and mentoring by LVMH professionals. Good luck!
