Joey Attieh / 28 / Founder of Albé

Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Joey Attieh began his journey in the hospitality industry at Les Roches (Switzerland) and later earned a master’s degree in culinary arts at the University of St. Pol de Mar. He then worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Spain.
