The Madrid EDITION dresses up this December, transforming itself into the epicentre of the Christmas spirit in the capital. With experiences ranging from exclusive Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve dining at the renowned OROYA and Market at EDITION restaurants, to festive cocktail parties at the exclusive Punch Room and an epic celebration at MISTICA at EDITION, this luxury urban resort redefines Christmas lifestyle in Madrid.

CHRISTMAS AND CHRISTMAS EVE | 24th and 25th December

For those looking to fuse tradition with a contemporary twist, OROYA, the hotel’s Peruvian rooftop, presents a Christmas menu inspired by the intense flavours of Andean cuisine, always using local and seasonal produce. Among the star dishes are warm red prawns with coconut, panca and tamarind, glazed Iberian bacon accompanied by olive rice with pecan nut and yellow chilli, and to round off with a flourish, a panettone torrija with vanilla, almond and raspberry sorbet.

Downstairs, Market at EDITION, with its focus on Spanish market cuisine, elevates tradition with a sophisticated twist. On 24 and 25 December, an exclusive menu will be served including dishes such as Minorcan-style lobster with piquillos and preserved lemon, a delicious Albufera rice dish with crispy suckling pig, Market’s signature fabada, a sirloin Wellington with black truffle sauce, port and foie gras, and as a sweet finale, a chocolate fondant with orange compote and nougat ice cream.

NEW YEAR’S EVE | 31 December

To welcome the new year, Market at EDITION will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a tasting menu consisting of six special dishes such as scallop, Palamós red prawn tartar, artichoke hearts, braised octopus cannelloni, turbot pil pil with battered kokotxa, and baked suckling pig with the juice of its bones and truffled parmentier. Dishes to which are added a grape sorbet and miso caramel for dessert, as well as 12 grapes and cotillion to welcome the new year.

OROYA, on the other hand, will opt for oysters, Almadraba tuna tiradito with mung sprouts and red shisho, quail anticucho with sweet potato and mizuna, potato stuffed with spicy shrimp with criolla, rocoto, Siberian sturgeon caviar; marrow empanada with oxtail and winter truffle, as well as grilled lamb chops with mint and lime. And for dessert, chocolate and pistachio covered lucuma; raspberry and chocolate ice cream sandwich; cotillion and 12 lucky grapes. Both menus will be priced at €600 per person +VAT, and also include access to MISTICA at EDITION, dinner and DJ until dawn (VIP tables and bottles on request with additional supplement).

To welcome 2025 in style, MISTICA at EDITION also offers exclusive access to its New Year’s Eve party for only €50 per person, 2 drinks included. A unique proposal in the heart of the city at The Madrid EDITION, to enjoy a night of great music, signature cocktails and a sophisticated atmosphere dancing until dawn.
