A building that looks like it’s falling apart. This is Balenciaga’s new flagship store on London’s iconic Bond Street.
Rusty pipes, abandoned lift shafts, walls in pieces… all this and much more is what you can find in Balenciaga‘s new flagship store. Located in London’s Mayfair district, Bond Street has been the street of shopping references since the 18th century. This makes it the ideal location for this flagship store, designed by Berlin-based architecture studio Sub.
As designers Niklas Bildstein Zaar and Andrea Faraguna say, it is “an experiment in raw architecture”. Without a doubt, we are talking about an obligatory stop if you visit London.
