Tiffany & Co.’s first Blue Box Café in Japan, now open in Ginza, is located on the fourth floor of its new flagship store. The kitchen is headed by Natsuko Shoji, named Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2022.
The menu features options such as “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, “Afternoon Tea with Tiffany”, and an all-day à la carte selection. Highlights include dashi-infused soup, artisanal brioche, scrambled eggs inspired by tamagoyaki, wagyu tartare, seasonal fish, and the “727 Cheesecake”, named after the address of the Fifth Avenue store.
Desserts include fruit tarts, Tiffany Blue macarons and jewel-shaped savoury sandwiches, while the drinks menu incorporates Japanese spirits into classic cocktails.
The interior, designed by Peter Marino, comprises a main dining room, bar, private lounge, and a terrace with views over Ginza. The space also features a floral installation by Makoto Azuma and works by Johan Creten, Sarah Charlesworth, Roe Ethridge and Molly Hatch.
Reservations for the Blue Box Café in Ginza are managed exclusively via Tiffany’s official website, with booking slots opening two months in advance.
