A runway turned into a home.
For the presentation of the Fall/Winter 2026 menswear collection, Louis Vuitton took the runway into new territory. On this occasion, under the creative direction of Pharrell Williams, the house collaborated with the Japanese studio NOT A HOTEL to create DROPHAUS. In this way, the show became a more sensory and spatial experience.
In addition, the project was installed at the Jardin d’Acclimatation in Paris. There, it was presented as a prefabricated home set on a green hill, surrounded by a garden with Japanese-inspired terraces. As a result, the space became more than a simple set. Instead, it proposed a contemporary home where fashion was integrated into an environment designed to be lived in.
On the other hand, the structure is inspired by the shape of a water droplet. This can be seen in its curved glass walls, which wrap around the entire interior. Thanks to this, the separation between indoor space and the outdoors is removed. Likewise, the structure is completed by a large pyramidal roof and a prefabricated wooden base, reinforcing the idea of a practical architecture designed for the future.
Finally, inside, DROPHAUS was divided into several rooms: a living area, dining room, bedroom and a room dedicated to music listening. In addition, all the furniture belonged to Pharrell Williams’ “Homework” collection, with irregular shapes and imperfect finishes that highlight manual craftsmanship. Lastly, the experience was completed with a fragrance created by Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, inspired by the garden’s aromas, bringing together fashion, design and the senses within a single concept.

The partnership between Louis Vuitton and UNICEF turns 10 years old.
