Timberland continues to write its own history with the global campaign “Advice of an Icon”, a tribute to more than 50 years of cultural legacy surrounding the Original Yellow Boot™. Since 1973, this yellow boot has become a symbol of resilience, a cultural icon and a timeless style, and now, for the FW25 season, its heritage is elevated through three creatives who have transformed the global scene.

Captured by Gabriel Moses—whose visual imagery has already achieved cult status—the campaign immortalises the essence of each icon with cinematic intensity, where they share their own vision of success, authenticity and community. Spike Lee, acclaimed figure of independent cinema, is direct: work ethic, effort and radical honesty. Skepta, through his art, reaffirms his role as a cultural visionary. For him, success cannot be understood without blind faith or the responsibility to give something of value back to the community. And finally, Kiko Mizuhara provides the perfect contrast with a dose of vulnerability and strength combined, transgressive style and authenticity: move forward, fail, reinvent yourself, but don’t apologise for who you are.
